SUMMARY OF THE AGREEMENT

FOR THE 2011 SCREEN ACTORS GUILD BASIC & TELEVISION AGREEMENTS & THE 2011

AFTRA EXHIBIT A TO THE NETWORK TELEVISION CODE

_{Note: Except where otherwise specified, all references to the “Basic Agreement” and “Television Agreement” are iintended to include the Screen Actors Guild Agreements and AFTRA Exhibit A.}

TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
The term of the agreement shall be for three (3) years, commencing on July 1, 2011, and terminating on June 30, 2014.

MINIMUM WAGES
All minimum wage rates shall increase by 2% effective July 1, 2011, by an additional 2% effective July 1, 2012, and by an additional 2% effective July 1, 2013.

PENSION AND HEALTH/HEALTH AND RETIREMENT
A. The total contribution rate to the SAG Pension and Health Plans and the AFTRA Health and
Retirement Funds shall increase by 1.5% for theatrical and television motion pictures, the
principal photography of which commences on or after July 1, 2011, bringing the total
contribution rate to 16.5%....
