Worker’s Compensation Management:

PES maintains worker’s compensation insurance for your production and handles all
claims associated with any workplace injury. PES utilizes the Medical Provider Network
(MPN) to provide care for an injured employee. Should an injury occur PES handles
all the paperwork and performs all follow up with both the employee and the medical
provider.
 

Unemployment Insurance Management:

PES pays State unemployment taxes for your employees and provides training to
supervisors on the proper management of unemployment claims. All phases of claim
management including legal defense are handled by the PES team.
 

Safety Training:

PES insures that your business complies with State and Federal regulations for your
industry to maintain an environment that creates and cultivates a culture of safety. In
addition, employee and supervisor trainings are available to meet all legal requirements.
 

Workplace Safety:

PES provides Safety Training where needed and we assist our clients with the tools
necessary to maintain compliance with OSHA for the prevention of work related injury
or illness. Site inspections are done if needed; and PES provides all necessary materials
and instruction for handling injury and illness which may occur during your production.
 

Customized Illness & Injury prevention Plans (Required by OSHA):

Every California employer is required to have a written IIPP. PES will customize your
IIPP to meet your industry specific requirements.
 

Guidance on Reporting Employer Requirements (Required by OSHA):

PES insures that your production maintains its compliance through proper record
keeping, reporting and posting.
